These handlebar risers are investment-cast, then tumbled after the machining process for a smoothed raw-cast finish. They are 100% MADE IN USA, from the casting process to CNC machining. the stainless sockethead bolts for the cap are included, they are 5/16-24UNF

the lower mounting is threaded 1/2-20UNF
